Milk delivery and dues management app

Built for Ghosh Milk Point

Two Android apps for a milk distributor: the owner manages stock, customers, routes and money, while sellers take orders, collect payments and track dues on their daily round.

The problem

A milk distributor supplies well over a hundred customers every day through several sellers. Every packet taken from storage, every order, every payment and every rupee still owed had to be tracked across sellers, routes and days, with customer-specific prices and many customers paying later.

What we built

An owner app and a seller app sharing one live database. Sellers collect stock, book orders at each customer's price, collect cash or online payments against old dues and return leftovers. The owner sees stock, routes, dues, seller collections, profit and expenses in real time.

What changed

Every packet and every payment is recorded against a seller and a customer, so dues carry over correctly from day to day. When the original hosted database began hitting its daily limit, we moved the apps to their own server so they no longer stop mid-round.

Dealer order and dispatch app

Built for AVR Herbal

A Windows desktop app for dealers to take orders, record payments and token deposits, and log partial dispatches, with a dashboard that totals it all.

The problem

Dealers selling to retail clients take orders in bulk, get paid in instalments, and ship in more than one consignment. They needed to see, per order and across every client, what has been paid, what is still due and how many units are still to go out.

What we built

A desktop app with device approval and dealer login, a dashboard of clients, orders, pending dispatch, revenue, received and due, order filters by payment and dispatch status, and an order screen for payments, token confirmation, partial dispatches with courier and tracking, GST line items, label status and delivery. It installs with a Windows setup file and updates itself.

What changed

Payment and dispatch status are worked out from what has actually been recorded, so a dealer sees exactly what is due and how many units remain without adding it up by hand.

A staff management system covering attendance, leave, payroll and the whole employee lifecycle, with a live punch-in feed.

The problem

With staff working across shifts, the business needed one place to see who is in today and who is on leave, and to run HR work from hiring through to exit.

What we built

An HRMS dashboard with daily present and absent counts, a seven-day attendance trend, live punch-ins, and modules for employees, recruitment, training, offboarding, payroll, bank details, rosters, leave, documents and monthly reports, plus a kiosk mode and a staff app.

What changed

Attendance is visible as staff punch in, and every HR task from recruitment to payroll runs from the same dashboard.

A control panel for a business owner to follow wallet balance, payments and pending clearances across every branch.

The problem

With several branches taking payments, the owner needed payments, pending amounts, users and branch activity in a single view.

What we built

A dashboard with wallet balance, total paid and pending amounts for any date range, branch filtering, branch-wise paid totals and branch notes, plus sections for users, wallet, messages, pending age and a ledger.

What changed

Branch-level payments and pending clearances can be read for any date range from one screen.
