How we work
From a ten-second form to software you rely on.
Five stages. You know what happens at each one, what we need from you, and what you get at the end. No black boxes and no surprise invoices.
Software projects go wrong in predictable ways: unclear scope, no visibility during the build, and nobody responsible after launch. Our process is built to close those three gaps specifically.

01 – 05
The five stages
What working with us looks like
Step 1
Free consultation
- What happens
- You give us your name and phone number, or message us on WhatsApp. We call you back. On that call we ask about your business: what you do, what is not working, what you have tried, and what you want to be true in six months. You do not need documents, a specification, or technical knowledge. You just need to be able to describe the problem.
- What you get
- An honest opinion on whether the problem is worth solving with software, what we would build, and roughly what it would involve. If an off-the-shelf tool would do the job better and cheaper, we will tell you that.
- What we need from you
- Your name and phone number. That is the entire form.
- Cost
- None, and no obligation attached.
Step 2
Scope and quote
- What happens
- We take what we learned on the call and write it down: what we will build, what it will do, what it will not do in the first version, and how it will be delivered. Plain language, no acronyms, so you can check that we understood you. Then we quote it.
- Why the quote comes now, not before
- Pricing before understanding is a guess, and a guess either overcharges you for things you do not need or gets revised upwards halfway through. Quoting after scoping means the number reflects your actual project. You pay for what you need.
- What you get
- A written scope you can read and check, and a quote for it. Both are yours to consider without pressure.
- What we need from you
- A read-through, your questions, and any corrections. This is the cheapest moment in the whole project to change your mind.
Step 3
Design and build
- What happens
- We build in stages, not in one long silence. You see the interface before it is wired up, and you get working versions to try as they become available. Regular updates tell you what was done, what is next, and anything we need a decision on.
- How we handle changes
- Requirements change during a build. That is normal. Small adjustments get absorbed. Anything that meaningfully changes the scope gets discussed and quoted before it is done, so you never receive an invoice you were not expecting.
- What you get
- Visible progress, working software you can test, and no surprises at the end.
- What we need from you
- Timely feedback and decisions when we ask, plus access to any systems we need to integrate with. Projects slow down at review points more often than at build points.
Step 4
Launch
- What happens
- We test properly, prepare the production environment, set up monitoring and backups before go-live rather than after, and plan the cutover to keep disruption low. For e-commerce and site migrations, that includes URL structure and redirects so search rankings are protected.
- Handover
- You get documentation, credentials, and access to everything. If your team will use the system day to day, we walk them through it. You own the code, the data, and the accounts.
- Immediately after launch
- We stay close in the first period after go-live, because that is when real usage finds the things testing did not. Issues in that window are handled as part of the launch.
- What you get
- A live system, monitored and backed up, with documentation and full ownership.
Step 5
Support and ongoing work
- What happens
- Support runs Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You report problems on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email, and reach a person who knows your project. Urgent problems are prioritized over scheduled work.
- Ongoing maintenance covers
- Uptime monitoring, security patching, tested backups, incident response, and small changes and improvements as you need them.
- What comes next
- Most systems grow. When you want new features, we scope and quote them the same way as the original build. No pressure to keep spending, and no penalty for pausing.
- What you get
- Software that keeps working, and a number to call when it does not.
