About NexVion
We build software, and then we look after it.
NexVion is a software development team working on custom business systems, web applications, and Shopify stores, with ongoing database, server, and support work behind them.

Who we are
Who we are
NexVion is a software development company. We build custom business software, web applications, and e-commerce stores, and we handle the database, server, and support work that keeps them running afterwards.
We work with businesses of every size. Some clients are one person with an idea and a deadline. Others are established companies with an internal IT team who need a specific system built or a specific problem taken off their hands. The work looks different in scale, but the approach does not change.
Philosophy
How we think about the work
Software should reduce work, not relocate it.
A system that replaces one manual process with a different manual process has not helped. Before we build anything, we want to know which specific hours of someone's week it gives back, or which specific errors it stops.
The build is the short part.
A project might take weeks to build and then run for years. Most of the cost, and most of the risk, is in those years. So we build things that can be maintained: readable code, documented setup, tested backups, and a deployment process someone else could follow.
Scope down before you scope up.
The most useful thing we do in a first conversation is often subtraction. Half the features on a first wish list are guesses. Build the core, put it in front of real users, then decide what comes next using evidence instead of assumptions.
Say the inconvenient thing.
If a project is a bad idea, if the timeline is unrealistic, or if a cheaper tool would solve the problem, we say so. Losing a project we should not have taken is a better outcome than delivering something that disappoints.
Approach
How we work
We start by understanding the business, not the technology.
The first conversation is about how your company operates, where the friction is, and what you want to be true in six months. Technology decisions come after that, and follow from it.
We write scope in plain language.
You get a description of what we will build that you can read and check without a technical background. If you cannot tell from the document whether we understood you, the document is not finished.
We build in visible stages.
You see working software early and regularly, not a long silence followed by a launch. That means you can change direction while it is still cheap to change direction.
We use technology that fits the problem.
We choose stacks based on what suits the project, your budget, and long-term maintainability. Not based on what is fashionable this year or what we happen to prefer.
We hand over properly.
You own your code, your data, and your accounts. Documentation, credentials, and access are yours. If you ever move to another provider, you can, without a fight. Clients staying because leaving is difficult is not a business model we want.
Values
What we hold to
Straight answers.
Plain language, honest estimates, and bad news delivered early. We would rather tell you something you do not want to hear in week one than in week ten.
Responsiveness.
Support Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM, and urgent problems ahead of scheduled work. Being reachable is not a premium feature.
Ownership.
If we built it, it is ours to fix. We do not spend time establishing whose fault a problem is before starting on it.
Fair scope, fair price.
We quote after we understand the work, and we quote for what you need. Not a package with parts you will never use.
Retention
Why clients stay
Most of our long-term relationships started as one small project. The pattern is fairly consistent: a client comes to us with a defined problem, we solve it without drama, and then the next thing they need goes to us because they already know how we work.
What clients tend to point to is not the code. It is that they can reach someone, that problems get handled without escalation, and that they are not being quoted for work they do not need. Reliability is unglamorous and it is the thing people actually renew for.
Judge for yourself
The easiest way to judge us is a conversation.
Give us your name and number, and we will call you. Ask hard questions. You will get direct answers, and no obligation at the end of it.
- No cost, no obligation, no contract at the end of it.
- We use your number for this call and nothing else.
- Calls and support: Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM IST.
