The brief
What it had to do
The problem
Herbal Cure sells herbal products for hair, skin, weight and everyday wellness to shoppers all over India, many of them on a phone and many preferring to pay on delivery. The store had to explain each product clearly, make bigger packs worth buying, and keep checkout short.
What we built
A Shopify store with shop-by-concern categories, collection pages, product pages built around benefits, ratings and multi-pack savings, cash on delivery with an extra discount for paying online, a one-page checkout, WhatsApp chat on product pages, and a reward for customers who leave a review.
What changed
Shoppers find a product by the problem they want to solve, see the saving on each pack size, and pay online or on delivery in a few taps, on a phone or a desktop.
