The brief
What it had to do
The problem
Orders ship through several marketplaces and couriers, and returns come back the same way. The warehouse needed every scan recorded, mismatches caught, and each person's output measured.
What we built
An ERP with AWB search, verified and unverified scan queues, NSZ and RTO return tracking, a per-user productivity matrix, channel and scan-mode breakdowns and an hourly scan trend. A companion stock count app lets several staff count inventory at once on token-based logins.
What changed
Each scan is tied to a person and a sales channel, so unverified parcels and returns show up on the dashboard as they happen.
